How to get rid of stress? How to get rid of depression? How to cheer up and get rid of fatigue?
I thought on the topic of how to get rid of stress, is now a lot of effective information. But over the past few months, more and more letters come with such questions, and I was wondering - why? After all, if there is a lot of advice on this topic, take it and play, get rid of stress and live a happy and relaxed. So what's the matter? After reviewing a number of articles and publications, I made a few conclusions.
First, in order to get rid of stress, you need not to worry.

Third, be in nature more (I agree with this).
